Pension JERRA

The guesthouse JERRA is located in the Vysočina region, in the small village of Řemenov, 3 kilometres away from the district capital town of Pelhřimov. It offers all facilities for business travellers as well as for a short break or your holidays.

Our guests have at their disposal:
4 large (minimum 18 sqm each) bedrooms (each with 2 – 3 beds), 2 bathrooms (1 with a large bath, separate shower and 2 wash-basins, the second with shower and 2 wash-basins), 2 toilets, a fully installed kitchen (28sqm big, with table for 10 to 12 persons), large living room (44sqm, with sitting room, separate sitting corner, bar, fire place, satellite television, stereo), large hall and stare case, garage for 1 car and parking for at least 5 cars, big garden (approx. 3.000 sqm).

For the tired business traveller, the guesthouse offers the deserved relaxation after a hard days working and this in a quiet surroundings, families with children a quiet stay in the open air of the surrounding nature.
In the summer period, our guests are woken by the singing birds and with just a little bit of luck, you can see the reindeers or other wild animals that live in the forests.

Sports and other time spending can be practised at your own desire. For our guests, we can offer a barbecue on the terrace, a special place in the garden for various sports (football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, …). The surroundings are extremely nice for trips with bicycles (can be rented in our guest-house) and walks. During the winter, you can practise ‘langlaufen’ or go skiing in the nearby Křemešník.

The district town of Pelhřimov is only 3 kilometres away from our guest-house. Here, you can visit the historical centre of the town, the city museum, the ‘museum of curiosities and records’ and the church.
Sports people can go swimming in the town’s swimming pool, from September until March go ice-skating in the winter stadium, play tennis in open air or in the sport shall (to be booked in advance) and in summertime go for a swim in the nearby Stráž lake.

The guest-house’s location offers our guests not only various possibilities in the nearby surroundings, but also the opportunity to visit other cities, historical monuments and interesting places in the Czech Republic. You can book with us all your daytrips by taxi and this all according you own choice. Some tips for you:

Praha (110km):
the famous Karlsbridge, Hradčany with the St. Vitus dome and the presidential palace, the Wenceslas square, the old market square with the famous clock, the Jewish part of the town, etc… too many things to mention

Jihlava (30km):
the Aquapark, the local Zoo, de catacombs, the old town’s centre

Telč (35km):
belongs to the UNESCO world patrimonial

Česky Krumlov(120km):
also belongs to the UNESCO world patrimonial with its superb castle and fortress (about 300 rooms) and historical town, where the Vltava river (the Moldau) is not yet a shallow river and where you can go canoeing (trips for up to 2 days are possible)

Křemešník (10km):
air of meditation, church, restaurant and in winter skiing

Moravský Kras (150km):
stalactical caves

Kutna Hora (80km):
air of meditation, cathedral and 3km away from the ‘Bone house’

České Budějovice (90km):
where the original Budvar is brewed. Not far away the castle of Hluboká nad Vltavou

Jindřichův Hradec (40km):
the castle and the huge automated Xmas stable
